Panic attacks make your hear beat fast, causes you to have difficulty breathing, creates a feeling of terror, shaking, dizziness, nausea, chest pains, hot or cold chills, the feeling of being on pins and needles and more. While overcoming panic attacks is not as easy as deep breathing, with the right medications, whether holistic or prescription, you can treat the symptoms, which can help you to lead a more normal life.
